William Brown

William Brown entered into eternal rest at JoEllen Smith Living Center on Monday, October 24, 2022, at the age of 76. He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Harvey, LA. William attended Carver High School and was a member of Second Nazarene Baptist Church. Uncle Will, as he was affectionately known by family and friends, was a disabled Army Vietnam War Veteran. Beloved husband of Constance Claudette Brown. Loving father of Catrice Brown (Kevin) Elloie, Latonya Brown (Michael) Augustine, and the late Miriam Brown Ceasar. Stepfather of Charles G. (Tsuchan) Thipado, and Donnie Thipado (Charles) Parharm. Son of the late William Silas Brown and Beola M. Brown. Grandson of the late Willie Oscar and Lonnie Magee. Caring brother of Betty Brown, Anthony Brown and the late TJ, Darrell, and Terry Brown, also cherishing his memories 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Second Nazerene Baptist Church are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 10:00 am. Pastor Peter Crawford, officiating. Viewing will be held from 8:30 am-10:00 am ONLY until service time at the parlor. Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA.
