Victoria “Vicky” Woodley Haskins, age 67, a retired teacher, departed this life on Sunday, November 20, 2022, at Oakhaven Community Care Center in Center Point, LA. Devoted wife of the late Willie Randolph Haskins, Sr. of Norfolk, VA. Stepmother of Raymond Haskins and the late Willie Randolph Haskins, Jr. Daughter of the late Charles and Fannie Woodley. Sister of Aleta W. (William “Hungry” ) Jones, Anita W. (Ronald) Dennis, Kathleen W. (Vincent “Scoody”) Stokes, Paula V. Woodley, Charlene W. (Michael) Andrus, and the late Madeline C. Woodley. Aunt and godmother of Leon Harrison, Jr., also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
