TRACY JOSEPH ALEXANDER, SR

Tracy Joseph Alexander entered into eternal rest on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at the age of 55. He was a native of Edgard, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Tracy was a self-employed construction worker and a former employee of Winn Dixie, JPSO, and Occidental Chemical. Beloved husband of Jawanda W. Alexander. Devoted father of Tracy Alexanders, Jr., Trevin, Travon and Trevell Alexander, and Jatara Wilson. Son of the late Ferdinand and Arcadia Alexander. Brother of Gerald (Donna) Alexander, Chris (Allison) Alexander, Brian (Nanette) Alexander, Dwight (Danielle) Alexander, Aries Bennet, Dianne (Daniel) Bourdin, Patsy Andrews, Vanessa (Welton) Johnson, Debra (Calvin) Preston, Melissa Alexander, and the late Ferdinand, Sr., Terry, Michael, Theresa, and Glenda Alexander, also survived by 8 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Mt. Calvary International, Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, Life Center Cathedral, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Life Center Cathedral, 2100 Ames Blvd. Marrero, LA on Saturday, December 11, at 10:00a.m. Bishop J.D. Wiley-Taylor, host pastor - Pastor Darold A. Ingram, Jr. officiating - Apostle Terry Gullage, Sr. Eulogist. Visitation will begin at 8:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. at the above-named church.
