THELMA YARBROUGH

Thelma Yarbrough entered eternal rest at her residence on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the age of 100. She was a native of Morganza, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA. She was a homemaker and a member of Clio Place Baptist Church. Beloved mother of Evelyn Jackson Wilkes and the late Betty Rice, Irwin Holmes, Larry Holmes, and Anthony Holmes. Grandmother of the late Anthony Rice and Allen Jackson. Daughter of the late Louis and Ann Jackson. Sister of the late Earnest Jackson, Louis Jackson, Herman Jackson, Pearl Harris, Ethel Jackson, Seal Jackson, Elnita Jackson, Ellmelen Jackson, and Stella Simon, also survived by 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
