THELMA TILLMAN KEMP

Thelma Tillman Kemp passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024, at the age of 83. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA. Thelma was a retired nurse with West Jefferson Medical Center. Beloved mother of Stan Schofield and Sean Schofield. Daughter of the late Corneilus Tillman, Jr. and Leona Della. Granddaughter of the late Corneilus Tillman, Sr. and Jeanettte Jones. Sister of John Della, Kent Bright, Tim Joseph, Brunetta Gallaread, Shirley Webster, and Cassandra Gaines, also survived by 4 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
