TERESE N MOORE

Terese Narcissa Moore entered into eternal rest at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the age of 71. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Marrero, LA. Terese attended L. W. Higgins High School. She was formerly employed with Our Lady of Wisdom Nursing Home as a CNA and with Avondale Shipyard as a painter. Devoted mother of Ellisee Mosey, Joseph “Lil Joe” Marshall, Jr., and the late LeeRoy Woodard, Jr. Beloved daughter of the late Roosevelt Moore and Gloria Breaux. Granddaughter of the late Authur and Francis Willis, Clarence and Narcissa Moore. Loving sister of Tyrone R. Moore, Dion C. (Shawn) Moore, Gloria Richardson, Angela (Larry) Mora, Madonna (Alfredo) Rivera, Sabrina (Jonas) Johnson, and the late Carmen Turner and LeeRoy Woodard, Jr. Terese is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 10:00a.m. Supt. Daitrone Kennedy of Victory Temple Church of God in Christ, officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor. Interment: Will be Private.
