ROY ANTOINE

Roy Young Antoine entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the age of 63. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Roy was employed as a Diesel Mechanic. Devoted father of Eugene Thomas, Roylynn Powell, Royneisha Antoine, and Chanel Gordon. Son of Dorothy L. Antoine and the late Ethel Young. Stepson of Edward Antoine. Grandson of George Lanaux and the late Lula Harris Kelly. Brother of Floyd Lane, Robert Antoine, Anthony Antoine, John Antoine, Edna Jefferson, Marylyn Davis, Jenell Antoine, Gail Antoine, Phyllis Antoine, Angela Antoine, Joan Antoine and the late Shirley Jefferson, and Stella Antoine. Nephew of the late Fannie Armour, Danny Antoine, Silas Antoine, Jordan Butler, Mark Braxlon, Jalen Davis, Johnathan Jefferson, Rodney Antoine, and DeJuan Antoine, also survived by 10 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Westbank Seventh Day Adventist Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Westbank Seventh Day Adventist Church 2401 General Meyer Ave. New Orleans, LA on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service at the above named church.
