ROSIE BELL WILSON-BRENT

Rosie Bell Wilson-Brent, a homemaker, entered peacefully into eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center on Sunday, September 25, 2022, at the age of 90. She was a native of Centerville, MS and a resident of Avondale, LA. Rosie was a member of Little Zion Baptist Church. Beloved wife of the late Willie Brent, Sr. Loving mother of Willie Brent, Jr., Michelle (Lorenzo) Williams, Karl (Karen) Brent, David (Juanetta) Brent, and Trellia Brent. Daughter of the late Joseph Wilson and Edith Collins Wilson Anderson. Stepdaughter of the late Frank Anderson. Sister of the late Woodrow Wilson, Odessa Wilson, Ruth O’Neal Wilson, and Luberta Wilson-Hurdle. Rosie is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Little Zion Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Viewing will be held from 8:30a.m.-9:30a.m. at the above named parlor.
