Rosie Reyes Johnson entered peacefully into eternal rest at Riverbend Nursing and Rehab Center on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at the age of 55. She was a native of Las Pinas, Philippines, and a resident of Harvey, LA. Rosie was a graduate of West Jefferson High School. She was formerly employed as a Medical Billing Manager. Beloved wife of Damon Johnson, Sr. Devoted mother of Donald (Angela) Reyes, Damon Johnson, Jr., and Gabrielle Johnson. Daughter of the late David Reyes and Josefina Guevarra. Loving sister of Eddie Reyes, Lito Reyes, Vic Reyes, Chico Reyes, Louie Reyes, Gene Reyes, Hennie Batiquin, Chris Eusebio, Florie Breaux, and the late Belinda Carpio. Rosie is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives. Relatives and friends of the family and employees of Jefferson Parish Sheriff Department, Devine Inspirational Personal Care Service, River Bend Nursing and Rehab Center, Reliable Home Health, and Palms 23 Home Health are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at 11:00a.m. Pastor Keith Paul Stewman of Evening Star Baptist Church, officiating.
