NEW ORLEANS

RONALD EUGENE ROSS, SR.

Ronald E. Ross, Sr. transitioned to eternal rest on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at the age of 74. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Ronald was a graduate of L. B. Landry Senior High. He was a retired employee of the Louisiana State Supreme Court. Beloved husband of Elder Ivory B. Ross. Son of the late Eugene Ross and Melinda Ross. Ronald is also survived by his children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. To the love of my life, my dearest husband of 44 years. I still remember the 1st time we met; those beautiful gray eyes captured me. I loved our love that will never end. We shared some wonderful accomplishments and memories together, first being our children. There were many happy times as your wife and your love for our children will live on as they continue to grow. You showed your love through all the fun and amazing things you would do with our family. The long rides and all the backyard activities, swimming, barbeques…. etc. You will be missed, but never forgotten.   I thank God for the time we spent together, because when it was good it was good. You’re In God’s hands, the creator of the world. Take your rest husband, I know that things are different now, no more pain, worries, heartaches, anxiety, or stress, you are now free from all pain. Bye for now, your devoted wife Elder Ivory B. Ross and loving children. Take your rest in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Arrangements by Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA. To view and sign the guestbook, please go to www.davismortuaryservice.com.
