RONALD LEWIS, SR.

Ronald Lewis, Sr. entered into eternal rest at his residence on Friday, July 14, 2023, at the age of 78. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Ronald was a graduate of John H. Martyn High School. He was a retired supervisor of Jefferson Parish Parkways, and owner of Lewis Lawncare Service. Devoted husband of Audrey L. Banks Lewis. Loving father of Ashton Lewis, Princess Lewis, Tirise’ Lewis, Marhonda Banks, Roshelle Johnson, Brennan Banks, Ronald (Kiona) Lewis, Jr., Michael Anthony Lewis, and Karon Charrelle Lewis. Beloved son of the late Joseph Lewis, Sr. and Elizabeth Darencebourg Lewis.  Grandson of the late Ricky Lewis, Sr. and Madeline Harris. Brother of Valmontine Lewis, Bruce Lewis, Sr., Joseph Lewis, Jr., Alex Lewis, Wanda Lewis-Reid, Alexis Lewis, Shelia Lewis, Esther Lewis, and Tina Lewis.  Brother-in-law of Trinity (Yolanda) Banks, and Teresa (Chez) Jordan. Also cherishing his memories are 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Friday, July 28, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the parlor.
