Pastor Robert Walker, Jr., entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the age of 91. He was a native of Utica, MS and a resident of Marrero, LA. Robert was a retired self-employed contractor. He was the pastor of Love and Faith Outreach Ministries. Beloved husband of Evangelist Jonnie Walker. Devoted father of Dewayne Walker, Bruce Walker, Daryl Walker, Tony Walker, Danny Andrews and the late Michael, Robert Charles, and Barbara Walker. Son of the late Robert Walker, Sr., and Mary D. Anderson. Brother of the late Ruby, Ella Mae, Anniebelle, Alice, and Bernice. Robert is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, members of Cross Community Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Cross Community Church 3233 Ames Blvd. Marrero, LA on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 10:00a.m. Apostle Darren Williams, officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:00 a.m. until service time at the above named church. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA.
