RENE ALVIN ALEXANDER

Rene Alvin Alexander, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at the age of 78. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA.  Rene was a graduate of L. B. Landry High School and was a retired laborer with Avondale Shipyard. Beloved husband of the late Stella Green Alexander. Devoted father of Shardae Alexander (Travis) Boudreaux, and the late Rene Alvin Alexander, Jr., and Denise Palmer. Brother of Lawrence (Arsene) Alexander, Connie Jackson, and Elaine Alexander, also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friend of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Shiloh Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend funeral service at Shiloh Baptist Church 723 Magellan St. Gretna, LA on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Larry J.
