PHEOLA GILBERT WILSON

Pheola Gilbert Wilson entered into eternal rest on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at the age of 87. She was a native of Lake Providence, LA. and a resident of Marrero, LA. Pheola was a graduate of Lake Providence High School. She was a retired personal home health nurse and a member of Outreach Ministry. Loving wife of the late Robert Wilson. Beloved mother of the late James Michael Wilson. Grandmother of the late Demtrius Tyler. Daughter of the late Saul Gilbert, Sr. and Artelia Walker-Gilbert. Sister of Otherine Gilbert Anthony, and the late James Gilbert, Isabella Diggs, Hezekiah Diggs, Katie Gilbert-Robinson, Charles Gilbert, and Saul Gilbert, Jr. Pheola is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastor, officers, and members of Outreach Ministry, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above-named parlor.
