PERKINS JOSEPH ALEXANDER

Perkins Joseph Alexander III, age 58, entered eternal rest on Sunday, May 29, 2022. He was a native of Edgard, LA and a resident of Waggaman, LA. Perkins was a 1983 graduate of West Jefferson high School. He was employed by Mighty Electrical Services, and as an Independent Electrical Engineer. Loving fiancé of Candy Batiste Lemieux. Bonus father of Kenneth, Jr. (Ciera), Candren, and Cambron. Beloved son of Lillian Thomas Alexander and the late Perkins Joseph Alexander, Jr. Brother of Timothy, Terrance (Karen), Willie (Shahannah), Samuel, Derrick, and Lejoan Alexander, Angela Conners, and the late Jonathan and Juanita Alexander. Perkins is also survived by 6 bonus grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe Street Gretna, LA on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Bishop Toris T. Young, officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m until service time at the parlor.
