PATRICK DIONE BOWMAN, SR.

Patrick Dione Bowman, Sr., affectionately known as “Prince Pat”, entered into eternal rest at University Medical Center on Monday, January 5, 2026, at the age of 45. He was a native of Marrero, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Patrick was a graduate of John Ehret High School and Blue Cliff College, where he earn a Massage Therapy Diploma. Loving father of Patrick Dione Bowman, Jr. and the late Domonique Unique Bowman (mother-Demetrice Hughes-Williams), Priya Jozell Mitchell-Bowman and Bastian Dione Joseph Mitchell-Bowman (mother-Brittany Mitchell). Grandfather of Journi Unique Bowman. Beloved son of Patricia Bowman and the late Ronald Walton, Sr. Brother of Ronald “Ronnie” Bowman, Patrice (Deborah) Benton, and the late Lorraine Miller. Nephew of Remus (Vilma) Bowman, Jr., Rev. Bryan Bowman, Sr., Henrietta Mitchell, Chester Walton, and Lester Walton. Great Nephew of Isie Turner, Jr, Christina Henry, Rosie Leana (Edward) Cook, Joyetta (Angelo) Gaines, Rev. Mat Turner, Sr., and Izaile Turner, Sr. Patrick is also survived by his godchildren, Daylesha Brooks, Brant Miller, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Bethesda House of Prayer and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Bethesda House of Prayer 7601 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 11:00a.m. Pastor Donald Jones, host pastor; Pastor Brian Walker, Sr. of Touch of Love Church of God In Christ, officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. until service time at the church. Interment: Will be Private.
