MICHELLE WILLIAMS TURNER

Michelle Williams Turner entered peacefully into eternal rest at her residence on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at the age of 51. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Michelle graduated from Southern University at New Orleans, with a double major in Business Administration and Economics. She was employed as an Analyst with the State of Louisiana.   Michelle was an active member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church of Marrero, LA, and served as personal assistant to the pastor. Loving wife of Jerry Turner, Sr. Devoted mother of Jerry Turner, Jr., Brandon Turner, and Victoria Turner. Beloved daughter of Pastor Frank J. Williams, Sr. and Linda Lewis Williams. Sister of Dr. Frank J. Williams, Jr., MD of Portland OR, Brock J. Williams, of Houston, TX, Rachelle Williams of Baton Rouge, LA, and Nicole Williams of Houston, TX. Sister-in-law of Irby Turner, Gary Shine, Christopher Shine, Clyde Shine, Jenny Shine, Barbara Shine, Wendy Shine, and Natalie Williams. Michelle is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 1013 Robinson Avenue Marrero, LA on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 10:00a.m.  Pastor Frank Williams, Sr., host pastor; Rev. Keith Verrett, pastor of St. Luke Baptist Church, Lafayette, LA officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the church.
