MARY ANN WILLIAMS ELCOCK

Mary Ann Williams Elcock, age 81, peacefully transcended from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Monday, December 26, 2022. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA Mary was a retired Home Health Aide. Beloved wife of the late Victor Emmanuel Elcock. Devoted mother of Errol (Monica) Elcock, Nicholas Joseph Elcock, Justin Emmanuel Elcock, and the late Jolynn Nicole Elcock. Loving grandmother of Errol Elcock, Jr., Quinto Blazio, A’mya Jade, Tristin, Ashton, and Jade Elcock. Daughter of the late Rev. Clarence Williams, Sr. and Estoria Batiste Williams. Sister of Eddie (Lucy) and Joseph (Robin) Williams, Ruby Williams, Carolyn Black, and the late Rev. Clarence, Jr., Bertrand, Lawrence “Sony” and Rev. Irving Williams, Dorothy “Sue” Williams Laurent, Audrey Washington. Iris “Lou” Williams Cyprian, Irene Hill, and Elaine Williams. Devoted cousin of Delores Sparks. Sister-in-law of Maxine Veal, Carlene Fulton, Rosalie Williams, and the late Henry Washington, Joseph Laurent, Marchelle Cyprian, and Stella Williams. Mary is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. Paul Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at St. Paul Baptist Church, 1013 Robinson Avenue Marrero, LA on Friday, January 6, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Frank J. Williams, Sr., officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the church.
