MARTHA LLOYD CORLEY

Martha Lloyd Corley entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at the age of 90. She was a native of Waterproof, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA. Martha was a graduate of St. Joseph High School, and formerly employed as a housekeeper. Beloved wife of the late Bernell Corley. Loving mother of Joseph Lloyd, Gloria Starks, and Annette Lloyd. Sister of the late Mary Lloyd, and Emma Lloyd. Martha is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, pastor, officers, and members of Life Center Cathedral, Chactow Chapel Baptist Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at Life Center Cathedral, 2100 Ames Blvd. Marrero, LA on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Bishop J. Douglas Wiley Taylor officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above-named church. Interment: Will be private.
