LOWELL FRANCIS LOVE JR.

Lowell Francis Love, Jr., age 67, transition peacefully into eternal rest at his residence on Saturday, November 12, 2022. He was a native and residence of Marrero, LA. Lowell was a graduate of Holy Rosary High School, and he attended Xavier University. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Lowell was a retired Shipfitter. He was an active member of Little Zion Baptist Church #3, where he served in many capacities, including musical advisor, deacon, church treasurer, youth advisor, and the male chorus. Beloved husband of Eartha Love. Devoted father of Frances Love (Brennan) Harris. Loving grandfather of Kevin Lowell Jefferson, Brennan Alton Harris, Jr. and Brooklynn Arianne Harris. Son of the late Lowell Francis Love and Nathalie Adams Love. Grandson of the late Pleasant and Almina Francis Love, Hilda Griffin and Nathaniel Adams. Brother of Gayle Love and Melanie Love. Lowell is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Little Zion Baptist Church #3 and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Little Zion Baptist Church #3, 441 Wilson Street Marrero, LA on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Norman Smith, officiating  Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the church.
