LLOYD HERMAN DEVORE

Lloyd “RED” Herman DeVore transitioned peacefully to his heavenly home on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at the age  of 80. He was  a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Lloyd was a retired maintenance worker with Louisiana Training Institute. Husband of Brenda S. DeVore. Devoted father  Byron Keith DeVore, Sr . Adopted father of Anastasia Francis. Grandfather of Byron Keith DeVore, Jr., and the late Bryan Keith DeVore, and  Devery Keith DeVore.   Son of ther late Elijah and Ethel M. DeVore. Brother of John (Agatha),  Donald (Joyce), and Kenneth (Elouise) DeVore, Theresa D. Johnson, Leola D. Harrison,  Barbara D. Henderson, and the late Myrtle D. Fountenberry, Ethel D Herring, and Harold G. DeVore. Nephew of Leola McBride, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces,  great nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
