Lillian Bella Rollins Black entered eternal rest at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the age of 74. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Lillian was a graduate of Delgado Community College. She was a former employee with Veterans Administration as an addiction counselor. Beloved wife of the late James Calvin Black. Devoted mother of Cammilla Rollins, Cyrel Hester, and Yashica Gooden. Daughter of the late Cyril Anderson and Olevia Washington Johnson. Sister of Joseph Johnson, Freddie Johnson, Willie Haynes Johnson, Rev. Dr. Valerie Taylor, Delores J. Guice, Olivia Price and the late Roosevelt Johnson. Lillian is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives and friends.
