LESTER HILL

Lester (Loopy) Hill entered eternal rest at his residence on Sunday, April 5, 2026 at the age of 59. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Son of the late Thomas Hill, Sr. and Delores Robertson Hill. Grandson of the late Samuel Robertson and Laura Perkins Robertson. Brother of Pamela Hill (Anthony Edward), Diane Hill, and the late Naomi H. James, Thomas Hill, Sr. and Tyrone Hill. Uncle of the late Yaschia Dexter and Anthony Perry. Great uncle of the late Dwayne Williams, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Holy Anointed House of Prayer, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Holy Anointed House of Prayer 1447 Senate St. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 10:00 am. Pastor Lionel A. Roberts officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until the time the above named church. Interment: Will Be Private.
