LeShawn Dionne Chappel entered eternal rest on Monday August 24, 2026, at the age of 35. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Beloved mother of Leah, Remi, and Rome Chappel. Daughter of Parker Chappel and the late Camille Chappel. Stepdaughter of Charlene Hines. Granddaughter of the late Lucilla Gustave, Naomi Kitts, and Parker Thomas. Sister of Makayla and Brianna Chappel, and the late Parker Chappel, III. LeShawn is survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe st Gretna, LA, on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Norman Duhon Smith officiating.
