Leonard Lewis entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at the age of 62. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Leonard was a graduate of L. B. Landry High School Class of 1983, and he was employed as a laborer. Beloved companion of Jane Byrd. Loving father of Natasha Reaux (Keith) Jones and Shantelle Reaux . Stepfather of Eddie, Darren, Thiogest, Rohillion, and Brandy Byrd. Grandfather of the late Joseph Guss, Jr. Son of Edward Lee, Jr., and the late Henrietta Lewis. Stepson of Willie “Hayes” Johnson. Grandson of the late Robert Augustine and Ellen Jackson. Brother of Edward Lee, III, Roxann Lewis, Trenice Lewis, Dawn Lee (Gary) Majors, Rashell Glover, Rashan Glover Johnson, and the late Tanya Lee. Uncle of the late LeTrenique Lewis. Nephew of the late Catherine Augustine, Jacqueline Jackson, Barbara McGinnis, and Grace Jackson, Roberty Augustine, Edward Lewis, Jr., Ernest Jacson, and Auguster Augustine. Cousin of the late Bernell Lewis, also survived by 4 grandchildren, and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and. Friends.
