LEE WALKER DOBY

Lee Walker Doby entered into eternal rest on Wednesday February 15, 2023, at the age of 57. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Lee was a graduate of Dannell Special Need of Education Class of 1983. Son of Delphine Bates and the late Lee Walker Wilson, Sr. Stepson of Dwight Sorina. Grandson of the late Ida Mae Doby. Brother of Sheldon, Lee,  Latoya, Latasha, and Emily Sammy, Glenda Doby, Dena (Vincent) Williams, and Dianna, Tina, and Trina Wilson. Nephew of Delores Harding, Phyllis, and Warren Lee Walker, and the late Eddie Dean Doby, Dorothy Jean Doby, and Brenda Joyce Adams, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and Friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of St. Bernard Baptist Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at St. Bernard Baptist Church 3938 St. Bernard Ave. New Orleans, LA on Friday, February 24, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Pastor William Holmes, III, officiating.
