LAWRENCE A. TERRANCE

Lawrence Alton Terrance departed this life at West Jefferson Medical Center on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at the age of 86. He was a native of New Roads, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA. Lawrence was a retired Brick Mason. Beloved husband of Andrea Rowan Terrance. Devoted father of Alton Terrance, Jr. Kevin Terrance, Lisa Terrance, Shawn Michelle Turner, Charmaine Octavia Turner, Noel Michael Terrance, and the late Williams Bryan Terrance. Son of the late Joseph V. Terrance, Sr. and Hazel Bridgewater Terrance. Stepson of the late Clarence Moses, and Jeanetta Taplet Moses. Loving brother of Alfred Terrance, Veronica Hazel Martin, and the late Joseph (Irma Lee) Terrance, Jr., Wilfred (Lula) Terrance, August (Lucille) Terrance, James (Sadie Mae) Terrance, and Ervin (Mary Anne) Terrance. Brother-in-law of the late Roosevelt Martin. Lawrence is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
