LARRY DAN GIPSON

Larry Dan Gipson, age 72, entered into eternal rest at USA Health University Hospital on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. He was a native of Tallulah, LA and a resident of Lucedale, MS. Larry was the owner of Slim and Sons Lawn Maintenance. Beloved husband of the late Lois Maria Gipson. Devoted father of Roslyn Robert, Julie Brown Bessie, David Brown, Corey Brown, and the late Larry Gibson. Son of the late Charley, Jones Sr., Ermia Jones, and Eugene Gipson.  Loving brother of Harry Gipson, Jimmie Jones, Eugene Gipson, Charley Jones, Jr., Sandra Braziel, Charlene Jones, and the late Lizella, Roger, and Jessie Conner, Ralph Gipson, and Shirley Jones. Larry is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 MONROE STREET GRETNA, LA on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 10:00a.m.  Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
