KEVIN JONATHAN JACOBS

Kevin Jonathan Jacobs departed this life on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the age of 17. He was a native of Shreveport, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Kevin was a student at Strelle Academy and employed at Wendy’s Restaurant. Beloved son of Natasha Jacobs and Jonathan Jenkins. Loving brother of Jonathan Jacobs, Jaylen Jacobs, Jonah Jacobs, and Jonta Jacobs. Devoted grandson of Kevin Barbanio and Tammie Jacobs. Great grandson of the late Myra Pierre, Beulah Barbanio, Willie Jacobs, Webster Pierre, James Taylor, and Geraldine Taylor. Nephew of the late Anthony “Bully” Jenkins and Joseph “Joe” Jenkins. Kevin is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also faculty, staff and students of Strelle Academy are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 MONROE STREET GRETNA, LA on Monday, June 12, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time.
