Keith Arnold Adams passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 66. He was a native of Gretna, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Keith was a retired veteran of the United States Army. Beloved husband of 47 years to Cynthia Spencer Adams. Loving father of Keitress, Keichelle, and Keyanna Adams. Devoted grandfather of Kedrielle and Kenyelle Adams, Mariah and Mehki Williams. Son of the late Jessie Mae Jackson Adams Arties. Grandson of the late Lawrence, Sr and Gertrude Jackson. Brother of Wayne (Barbara) Adams, Kim (James) Hicks, Tammie (Rickey) Westerfield, Genine (James) Stiebs, Barbara Jean Arties, Robert (Eureka) Arties, Renise (Corey) Robinson, and the late Wanda Adams Burkes. Son-in-law of the late Joseph Spencer, Jr. and Anna Shirley Brooks Spencer. Brother-in-law of Patrice, Calton, Edan (Lorraine) Felicie, and Rubin (Tamesha) Spencer. Nephew of Janice Jackson Pruitt, Paulette Jackson Gray, and Marsha Jackson Green. Godfather of Nakia Westerfield Green. Devoted friend of Kenneth Moore, Ernest Shiloh, and Dianne Mosley; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Sunrise Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Lofton Security, American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, Anchored and Wellness, Amelioradle Solution, and Lucky’s Casino are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, 1738 L. B. Landry Ave. New Orleans, LA on Friday, December 23, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Norman Francis, host pastor; Apostle Sherman Ledet of Living in the Ministry, Morgan City, LA officiating Visitation will begin 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
