Jyran Malik Johnson departed this life on Monday, October 6, 2025, at the age of 17. He was a native of Kenner, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Jyran attended L. B. Landry High School. Beloved son of Janita Marie Johnson and the late Ronald Darensburg, Jr. Stepson of Kenyatta Thompson. Grandson of Gwendolyn Darensburg. Christy Washington, and the late Ronald Darensburg, Sr. Brother of Ke’Marley Johnson, Mitchell Epherson, Mi’Jae Johnson, Londlyn Epherson, and Payton Page. Nephew of the late Theresa Carter and Patrick Johnson. Cousin of the late Kenneth Johnson, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Private Services Will Be Held.
