JULIUS ANTHONY ALCEE

Julius “JuJu” Anthony Alcee entered into eternal rest at Ochsner Medical Center Main Campus on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the age of 51. He was a native of Algiers, LA (Cutoff Community) and a resident of Jefferson, LA. He was a 1994 graduate of O. Perry Walker High School, and he attended Nicholls State University. Julius was employed as a security guard with Nola Security. He was a faithful member of Beacon Light International Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon. “JuJu”, as he was affectionately know to family and friends, will be missed for his radiant smile, loving and jolly spirit. Loving father of Caleb D. Morrison. Beloved son of Lydia Ross, Carmen Benn and the late Willie Ross, Jr. Brother of the late Shentria Denise Alcee. Grandson of the late Wilbert and Delores Lewis, Clarence and Geneva Benn. Cherished nephew of Dana Lewis (Floyd), Judy Byes, Wilbert (Rene) Lewis, Jr., Lance Lewis, and Darryl Lewis. Devoted uncle of As’ja Alcee. Julius is also survived by his cousin Lil Gary Lewis and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
