JOYCE ANN PHILLIPS

Joyce Ann Phillips entered eternal rest on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at the age of 74. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Joyce was a homemaker. Daughter of the late Walter Phillips, Jr., and Zenola Jones Phillips. Sister of Gail Brown, Donald Phillips, Vincent Phillips, and the late Raymond Phillips, Joseph Phillips, and Loretta Phillips Ussin. Niece of Hariette Gaines, and Arthur Phillips. Sister in law of Herbert Brown, and Aubranell Phillips, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
