JOYA QUINETE JUNIOR

Joya Quinete Junior transitioned to her heavenly home on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at the age of 47. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Joya attended Percy Julian Elementary and Truman Middle School and she loved music, singing and good food. Beloved daughter of the late Jerry, Sr., and Jeanette Jasmin Junior. Granddaughter of the late Herman, Sr. and Girlie Osborne Jasmin, Henry, and Rose Lee Junior. Sister of Jerry H. Junior, II and the late Aleshia Liddell. Goddaughter of Vera Cotton and the late Herman Jasmin, Jr., also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Friday, November 5, 2021, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above-named parlor.
