JOSE RAUL HURST

Jose Raul Hurst entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 17, 2021, at the age of 32. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA. Jose was a graduate of West Jefferson High School and employed with Bridgedale Elementary as a plant manager. Beloved father of Domini Hurst. Devoted son of Maria Hurst and the late Cornelius Hurst. Brother of Luis Discua, Ivis Discua, and Lillian Hurst, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Iglesia Bautista Horeb, and neighboring churches; faculty, staff, and student of Iglesia Bautista Horeb are invited to attend the funeral service at Iglesia Bautista Horeb 230 Bellemeade Blvd. Gretna, LA on Wednesday, November 3, 20201 at 12:00p.m. Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. until 12:00p.m. at the above-named church.
