Joe Boudion gained his wings as an angel on Monday, November 3, 2025, at the age of 60. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA. Joe was employed for over 14 years with Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans before his health began to decline. Beloved husband of Willette Jackson Boudion. Loving father of Tanisha (Joseph) Jasmine, Ariane Thompson, and Dr. Jamal Boudion. Son of Vina Boudion and Joseph (Annette) Boudion, Jr. Grandson of the late Richard Williams, Sr. and Bertha Benjamin, Joseph and Loubertha Boudion. Brother of Joseph (Gwen) Boudion, III, Eric (Kennesha) Hogan, Michael (Charmaine) Gilmore, Cornelius (Theresa) Gilmore, Kenneth (Courtney) Lewis, Jarius (Kourtney) Boudion, Natalie (Oscar) Valentine, Roxanne (Gregory) Carter, Leslie (Michael) Gilmore, Leterasha and Damian, Ashley (Eric) Nash, Tamil Gilmore, Nina (Alfred) Mitchell and the late Vincent Gilmore, and Gwen (Joe) Marshall. Nephew of Richard Williams, Jr., Zeke Williams, Michael Boudion, Gregory Barrow, Cynthia (Aubrey) Bornes, Gwen (Tim) LaFrance, Loubertha Ann Pierre, and the late Loretta Brown, Lorriane Henry, Barbara Williams, Patricia Williams, R. B. Brown, Lawrence Williams, and Julius Boudion. Brother in law of Ann (Wayne) Briggs, Veronica (Clyde) Jackson, Terrlynn Wright, Joseph (Gwen) Marshall, Keith and Reginald Jackson, and the late Bobby Lynn, John, Kenneth, Kim, Ronald, and Donald Jackson. Devoted cousin of Lionel and Bryan Williams, and the late Kedrick and Cedrick Brown, Johnell Ovide, Tramell Marshall, and Ja’Marian Price. Joe is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Second Zion Baptist Church, and all neighboring are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Second Zion Baptist Church 6520 Second Zion Ave. Marrero, LA on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 10:00am. Bishop James Nelson Brown, officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30am until service time at the above-named church. Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery - Avondale, LA.
