JANICE A BIENAIME

Janice Anita Bienaime, age 78, was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the residence. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Janice was a proud graduate of Joseph S. Clark High School and a retired secretary of Charity Hospital. She was known for her strong faith, sweet spirit, exceptional cooking, comical sayings, and for speaking her mind. Janice will be remembered by all who knew her for her remarkable personality, gentle nature, and kind disposition. Beloved wife of the late Jerome Bienaime. Devoted mother of Sabrina Corley (Troy), and the late Charard Alan Bienaime. Loving grandmother of Travis, Byron, Daicia, Khalil, and Charard. Great-grandmother of Marquette, Jade, Emanuel, Elijah, Khaydence, Thomas, Travis, and Peyton. Daughter of the late Jermaine “Scott” Moore and Lucille Raymond. Sister of Rod Raymond, Carolyn Farrow, Lynette (Rev. Edward, Sr.) King, Zina (David) Bessier, and the late Rev. Willie J. Moore, Sr. Aunt of Shantel Fitzgerald and Brian Jenkins. Mother-in-law of Candice Nicole Bienaime. Sister-in-law of Nedra Washington Moore. Also cherishing her memories are her best friend Stella Lee and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Walmart are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
