JAMES SERRANO

James Serrano entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at the age of 35. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Belle Chasse, LA. Son of Gary Dower and Pilar Serrano.  Stepson of Kevin Richard Stahl. Brother of Gerald Joseph Serrano and the late William Joseph Serrano.
