IDELLA DENISE ANDERSON CASBY

Idella Denise Anderson Casby entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at the age of 61. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Mexico, MO. Idella was a graduate of L.B. Landry High School and was employed a janitorial worker.  Beloved wife of Terry Casby. Devoted mother of Karl Anderson, Karlisha Anderson Williams, and the late Travis Anderson. Daughter of the late Raymond and Ursula Hampton Anderson. Granddaughter of the Richard and Earline Hampton, Robert and Bessie Anderson. Sister of Jefferson Thomas, William Verrett, Tracy Robertson, Diana Bennett, Elise Hampton Hamilton, Donna Hampton, Gloria Reaux, Gail Anderson Lee, and the late Elouise Hampton, also survived by 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, 1738 L. B. Landry Ave. New Orleans, LA on Friday April 16, 2021 at 10:00a.m.  Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service at the church.  Interment: Will Be Private.
