HENRY GOLMAN

Henry Golman entered eternal rest at Bridgepoint Continuing Care Center on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the age of 65. He was a native of Independence, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Henry was a graduate of West Jefferson High School Class of 1978. “Wimp”, as he was affectionately known by family and friends, was employed as a welder, and formerly worked various construction jobs. Beloved father of Henry Scott, Brian Scott, Nickey Scott, Ciearre Dominque Mitchell and the late Isreal Scott. Son of the late Moses Golman, Jr. and Ora Lee Wilson Golman. Grandson of the late Frank, Sr. and Peggy Wilson, Moses Golman, Sr., and Sadie Perkins. Brother of Moses Golman, III, Floyd (Pinkeney Ann) Williams, Nancy Golman (Manuel) Williams, Regina Golman, and Joyce (Graylin) Hunter. Godbrother of the late Brenda Travis. Preceded in death by a host of aunts, and uncles. Henry is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Aubrey Wallace officiating.
