GRETCHEN CRAFT JONES

Gretchen “Bushy” Mernica Craft Jones entered peacefully into eternal rest on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at the age of 64. She was a native and resident of Marrero, LA. Loving mother of Shana (Wayne, Sr.) Sullivan, Sheena Jones, and Shanta Jones. Daughter of the late Lee Arthur Craft and Joy Alice Craft. Granddaughter of the late Albert and Bessie Gilson, Johnny and Nellie Craft. Great granddaughter of the late Bessie F. Harris. Sister of Joyce Craft, Earline Craft, Lakeisha Craft, and the late Elizabeth Williams. Longtime companion of Felton Williams. Gretchen is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above-named parlor.
