GLORIA DEAN TILLMAN WILLIAMS

Gloria Dean Tillman Williams entered eternal rest at her residence on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the age of 74. She was a native of Hermanville, MS and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Gloria was formerly employed as a dietary technician with Bayside Health Care Center. Beloved wife of Larry Williams. Loving mother of Troy (Alyssa) Tillman, LaTonya Williams, Carla Williams, Tracey Howell, Schiqueta Wilson, and the late Tiliah and Emma Tillman. Great grandmother of the late Josiah Tillman and Adoni Allison. Daughter of the late P. R. Tillman and Mayola Myles. Stepdaughter of Steve Rodgers. Granddaughter of the late Hugh Hodges and Lilly Mae Myles. Sister of the late Thelma Scott, Ida Allen, and Robert Myles. Gloria is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, members of Rock of Ages Baptist Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Rock of Ages Baptist Church 2515 Franklin Ave. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Jonathan Everett, officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. until service time at the above name church. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA.
