Fredrick Eric Walker entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at the age of 51. He was a native of New Roads, LA and a resident of Bridge City, LA. He was educated in the Pointe Coupee Parish School System. Fredrick was affectionately known as “The Lil Man in the Boat” and “Fredd Cougar” was the neighborhood mechanic. Loving husband of Deborah W. George Walker. Stepfather of Tornisha Wilson (the late Charles) Bridgewater, Cierra Wilson, Monroe Wilson III (Racheal), and Jamal Wilson (Kirchell). Grandfather of Trey, Melanie, Toren, Charde’, Darionne, Tylin, Sanata, Darius, Lil Monroe, Lil Jamal and Luna. Son of the late Taylor Walker, Sr., and Rosie Mae Walker. Brother of Glenda, Rosie Mae (Jean Keith), Melvin, and Taylor (Bernatta) Walker, Jr., Ireanne Walker, whom he was very close to, and the late Calvin Walker, and Patricia Walker Jeanpierre, also survived by and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws and other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members, of Boynton United Methodist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Boynton United Methodist Church 515 Lafayette St. Gretna, LA on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Aaron M. Degruy, Sr. officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. until service time at the above-named church. Interment: Will Be Private.
