Frederick N. Benn, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 15, 2023, at the age of 49. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Mandeville, LA. Frederick was employed as a security guard with Nola Protection. Beloved husband of Demetres R. Benn. Loving father of Frederick N. Benn, Jr., Marsha Ann Benn, and Titisha Brown. Stepfather of Paul Ford, Jr., and Garrick Thomas, Jr. Son of the late Frederick N. Guild, Sr, and Marsha Ann Benn. Grandson of the late Raymond Guild, Sr., Betty Mae Benn, and Josephine Guild Bingham. Brother of Tameka (Tavius) Guild of Hampton, VA, Patricia “Sweet Pea” Brown, Jamie Benn, James Benn, and Frederick N. Guild, Jr. Nephew of Paticia Benn, Judy (Harold) Roberts, Betty Roberts, Ceola (Curtis) Zanders of Newport News, VA, Janice (Rodney) King, Freddie (Nette) Roberts, Leroy(Linda) Benn, Ernest Roberts, Timothy (Kim) Guild, of Colorado Springs, CO., and the late J.D. Guild, and Raymond Guild, Jr. Son in law of Janice Ruffin and the late Elton Walker, Sr., also survived by 6 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
