FRANK JAMES MCKINLEY

Frank James McKinley, age 71, entered into eternal rest at Passage Hospice on Sunday, June 4, 2023. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Frank was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a retired Correctional Officer of Jackson Barracks Department of Corrections.  Frank was an active member of Second True Love Baptist Church.  Father of Francisca McKinley and Shelita Meyers.  Beloved son of the late James McKinley and Mammie Lee Jones McKinley. Brother of Rita McKinley.  Frank is also survived by Torrey McKinley, 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
