FRANK LOUIS BELONEY

Frank Louis Beloney, age 39, gained his wings on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank.  He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Frank was a graduate of L. W. Higgins High School Class of 2000. He was employed as a Veterinary Assistant; his love for animals was unmatched. Because of his love for cooking, he attended culinary school. Frank would often cook and have family gatherings. Loving father of Ajhan Mikel Beloney and Tiara Marie Allen. Beloved son of Carl and Gail Beloney. Grandson of the late Frank Beloney, Helen Beloney, Lydia Ann Morgan-Bonds, and Louis Morgan, Sr. Brother of Nicole Downey (Reginald) Mosley, Angela Downey (Jean) Poulard, Carl (Keyshell) Dorsey, Tracy Mims-Johnson, Rene Mims, and the late Carla Marie Beloney. Nephew of the late Lonnie Morgan, Sr., Eddie Jenkins, and Kerry Bonds, Sr. Uncle of the late Reginald Bernard Anhony. Frank is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and Friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday December 3, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
