Francill Howard entered peacefully into eternal rest at Carpenter House of St. Joseph on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the age of 71. She was native of Paris, TN and a resident of Harvey, LA. Francill was a formerly employed as a Personnel Manager with Walmart. She is survived by a host of loving relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Viewing at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 11:00a.m. -1:00p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Paris, TN on Saturday, April 4, 2026, with the interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
