EUNICE MAE HARRIS LEE

Eunice Mae Harris Lee entered into eternal rest on Monday September 28, 2026, at the age of 83 surrounded by her loved ones. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA. Eunice She was a graduate of Thomas A. Levy High in Rosedale, LA. She was a retired certified nursing assistant. Beloved mother of RosaMarie (Vincent) Larrieu of Harvey, LA, Michelle (Bryan) Richardson of Marrero, LA, and Anthony (Kimmathy) Hawkins of Palm Beach County FL. Daughter of the late Earnest Harris and Thelma Chaney-Lane. Stepdaughter of the late Clarence Lane, Sr. Sister of Lucinda Powell, Jacqueline Lane, Patricia (Johnny) Gaither, Tongala (Michael) Hollins Jr., and John Lane. Eunice also survived 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Mt Hermon Baptist Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church 3512 US 90 Highway AvondaleiHighway , LA on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Darold A. Ingram officiating.
