Eddy Knapper Tyler, age 84, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. She was a native of St. Joseph, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA. Wife of the late James Tyler. Loving mother of Terrance Tyler, Wayne Tyler, Judy Tyler, Janice Simmons, and the late Donald Tyler, Sr. Grandmother of the late Donald Tyler, Jr. and Cedric Simmons. Beloved daughter of the late Alex Knapper, Sr., and Mary Louise Dixon Knapper. Sister of the late Alex Knapper, Jr., Clyde Knapper, and Mary Glasper. Margarine is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastor, officers, and members of Mt. Herman Baptist Church, and all neighboring churches; employees of Charity Hospital, West Jefferson Hospital and JoEllen Smith are invited to attend the Homegoing Service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA. On Wednesday, December 22, 2021a.m. at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. at the above-named parlor until service time. Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA.
