DORAN MARSALIS JOHNSON

Doran Marsalis Johnson entered eternal rest at University Medical Center on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at the age of 46. He was a native and resident of Marrero, LA. Doran was educated in the Jefferson Parish School System, and he was employed as a commercial gas tester. Beloved son of Lionell D. Johnson, Sr. and the late Cleo C. Woods Johnson. Grandson of the late Augustine Jacobs-Ellis and Johnny Johnson, Sr. Brother of Lionell D. Johnson, II, and Carl F. Johnson, also survived by a host of other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Minister Lionell D.
